We have the opportunity for a Head of Growth Marketing to join the award-winning Laundrapp team and head up all user acquisition for the business. Working closely with the wider management team and leading the Laundrapp Growth team, you’ll be the creative and analytical mind behind our future growth initiatives across the business. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Growth Marketing Team consisting of User Acquisition, Creative Production, Social & Content Management
  • Develop the overall growth marketing strategy for the entire Laundrapp business
  • Own the monthly activity plan and report activity and CPA metrics to the overall business
  • Manage all external agencies where applicable
  • Own the overall user acquisition budget for the entire business
  • Lead and implement all user acquisition channels across the business including Paid Search, SEO, PPC, Email, Retargeting, TV and other user acquisition channels
  • Work alongside the wider Laundrapp team to deliver general marketing assistance to the entire company
  • Work with the team to manage and drive all direct marketing initiatives including push messaging, SMS, email marketing and direct mail
  • Work alongside the Product / Tech teams to ensure we’re maximising all in-app growth opportunities
  • Work with the wider Web / Growth team to optimise the Laundrapp website / order experience
  • Drive new user acquisition initiatives across the entire company
  • Own all Growth Marketing KPIs and report back to the Executive Team.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years growth marketing / user acquisition experience in a digital startup environment
  • 5+ year managing a marketing / user acquisition team
  • 5+ years developing and managing user acquisition channels
  • A proven track record of spearheading user acquisition efforts across other digital startups
  • Experience across the full suite of user acquisition channels
  • A genuine passion for digital and driving user acquisition channels
  • Creative, passionate and entrepreneurial approach to driving growth
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • A genuine desire to lead and inspire others in a startup environment
  • A zero bullshit, results driven approach, be ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
